| Details |
- ACCPAC Plus and ACCPAC BPI software
must have been registered before July 1, 2006 to be
eligible for this promotion. If software is not
registered, Sage Software standard proof of ownership
policies apply.
- Upgrades must be purchased by
September 28, 2006 in order to qualify for this
promotion.
- Additional (new) LanPaks may be
purchased at the promotion discount off upgrade pricing.
- Client must purchase the
Pervasive.SQL, IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL and Oracle
database at published SRP if upgrading to any of these
databases.
- Sale must be performed through the
Master CD program, where available.
- One year of
Software Assurance is required on
all modules and LanPaks either purchased or received
free on this promotion. Software Assurance fees are
calculated on full product SRP of all products.
- Price protection is not available for
any sales made prior to the announcement of this
promotion.
- Product upgraded under this promotion
cannot be returned or exchanged.
